Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver products across India through our trusted logistics and courier partners.

Shipping Charges

  • ₹60 shipping charge for orders between ₹0 and ₹849.
  • Free shipping on prepaid and partial payment orders above ₹799.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above ₹799 incur a shipping charge of ₹149.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders between ₹499 and ₹4,999.
  • For orders above ₹5,000, only prepaid or partial COD payment options are available.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturday, or on Sundays and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and local conditions.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photographs of the package and product immediately.
